The ace musician’s latest tweet clears the air…

A few days back, a leading daily reported that music maestro A.R. Rahman felt insulted after his stint on Kapil Sharma‘s popular comedy show – The Kapil Sharma Show. A source revealed to the daily that Rahman was shaken after the programme and wouldn’t appear on any other show. However, looks like all the reports are false. In fact, the musician enjoyed the show thoroughly.
What makes us say this? Well, A.R. Rahman tweeted today, “Thank you Kapil and team for the respect and making us ROTFL.. I have been getting some crazy feedback.” That clears the air, right?
Kapil Sharma also tweeted back, saying, “@arrahman thank u sir.. was n unreal n memorable experience for me n my team.. #respect.” Sunil Grover also tweeted, “It is our honor. You were so gracious on the show. The Kapil Sharma Show is very Mashoor on earth. @arrahman”
Well, ain’t that sweet?
When Kapil Sharma was asked about the same incident on the sets of the show last evening, he said, “I guess you haven’t read A.R. Rahman‘s tweet. He himself told that he was happy to be a part of our show.”
Reports suggested that Ali Asgar’s Begum act where he tried to seduce the maestro wasn’t amusing for him. But looks like Mr Rahman took it sportingly like everyone else and enjoyed the show.
A.R. Rahman has been in the recently for rendering some fabulous tracks for Hrithik Roshan and Pooja Hegde’s Mohenjo Daro. He will soon fly off for a London tour next month. Well, looks like everything turned out well for everyone. Hope that we get to see Mr Rahman on a few other TV shows too.
