Since the release of action film Bodyguard in 2011, Salman Khan has established a near invincible dominance over the Eidul Fitr weekends. Released on July 6, the first day of Eid, Sultan earned Rs 3.5 crore and Rs 4.1 crore on its first and second day, respectively. While Sultan continues to enjoy a healthy run in Pakistani cinemas, other international and domestic releases have not fared so well at the local box office. Two of the major casualties of Sultan’s onslaught were Hollywood animated film, Finding Dory and the Pakistani heist-film Sawaal 700 Crore Dollar Ka.

Shah Rukh Khan is certainly not the one to back out of competition but when it came to the clash of his film 'Raees' with Salman Khan's 'Sultan,' the actor pushed the release date of his film. How and why SRK arrived at this decision is an interesting thing to know. In an interview, Shah Rukh reasoned that he, Aditya Chopra and Salman Khan are friends and that he didn't want any games from the backdoors as things are pretty transparent between the three of them. SRK further said that it becomes very awkward for him to sneakily book theatres for his film. He even said that there were only 3500 screens which were not enough for two films, which made him push the release date of the film.
Shah Rukh Khan and Salman Khan's 'bhai bhai' picture went viral on the internet a few days back. The two were also clicked riding bicycles on the streets of Bandra recently. Now, let us throw some light on what exactly happened before the duo actually planned the ride. Reportedly, it was just another rainy day when Shah Rukh Khan was at some brand event and called Salman Khan to catch up with him. Both of them enjoyed a nice dinner that included biryani, kebabs and the best delicacies. Post dinner, they both stayed up all night chatting and in the early morning Salman suggested a bicycle ride. SRK, in return, totally agreed to the ride, despite the fact that he was wearing formals. Shah Rukh then called his son Aryan to join them. Aryan cycled from Mannat to where his dad and his friend were, while Salman got his security to pull out two of his favourite rides. The men hit the streets at like 5.45 am followed by Salman’s BMW and two bodyguards on a scooter. Scroll down for their 'bhaibhai' click.
