Did The Squad Pick The Right Members? :: Suicide Squad Review

At the onset of this article, I would like to say that this movie is a wonderful amalgam of quirky humor, heart-warming emotions, phenomenal cinematography, respectable acting, amazing character design and craftily planted music score that pretty much nails the movie watching experience of a typical super-hero movie fan. So, nothing in this review should prevent you from making it a blockbuster this year.
As for the review part, let me get down and spill it for you in pieces.

Ok, it’s like the movie makers brainstormed and after a lot of thinking; they concluded that they cannot beat the Heath ledger version, so just FUCK IT! Keep the concept around Joker simple and straight forward. He is a typical intelligent and resourceful organized-crime boss with a wacky style quotient. When you look at him you don’t get intrigued about what’s going inside his mind or what’s his back story.
You see him on screen and you know that he will just get down to business without any room in his act for philosophical shit, evil humor and mind boggling ideological insights that can sweep the floor under you. So basically, unlike the case with Heath ledger, you cannot expect the market to flood with mind jolting posters and wallpapers with Jared Leto. This version is also different in the way the joker treats Harley Quinn.
In most other versions, the Joker is never emotionally attached to her ever so clearly. The situation had always been similar to as if a sadistic person, who throws shit at everybody in the world, is followed around by a loyal puppy that assumes, rightly or wrongly, that his master loves it. The duo in this movie is more akin to the couple in the movie “Mr. Right”, two wackadoos who are so in love. But somehow, I don’t know why, I am not against him showing up in other possible follow up movies. Which is great! Since I never expected me to get over Heath Ledger’s act as the Joker.
